The BIG DAY is almost here!!!

Hi everyone! We are so excited for Saturday and we look forward to seeing you all!

Just want to let everyone know that it is going to be very hot Saturday! Therefore, the vineyard has recommended that guests not arrive until closer to 5:30. The ceremony begins right at 6, and it will be a long wait outside if you arrive at 5. There are some shaded tables to wait at, but there are not enough to accommodate everyone, and the reception hall will not be opened until after the ceremony (to keep it as cool as possible in there). Unless we have otherwise told you that you are needed earlier, we recommend waiting to arrive until 5:30 so that you can stay cool. There will be plenty of cold water at the ceremony.

Time is flying by!

Hi everybody! We are so excited for our upcoming wedding on August 23rd! We can't wait to see all our friends and family and to share our joy and happiness.

We wanted to remind you all that our RSVP deadline of June 23rd is fast approaching. We need to know if you will be at the celebration or if you can't make it. Important Wedding Information

♥ Accommodations♥

We have a block of rooms reserved for Friday, August the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd at the discounted rate of 84.99 a room. This is the nearest hotel to the vineyard. Make sure to tell them you are with the “Sara and Travis” wedding party. Book your room before July 23.

In addition, the vineyard does have a cute bed and breakfast less than 4 miles from the reception area. There are only a few rooms, and it is very affordable. Anyone who is interested in staying there should call soon. They will book up fast.

♥ Dress♥

♥The wedding ceremony is outdoors in the grass.

(women, keep this in mind when picking out shoes.)

♥It will probably be hot. Dress accordingly.

♥This is not a “black tie” wedding. It is dressy-casual ( sundresses, khakis, dress shirts, polos, etc.).

♥We just ask, please: no jeans.

 ♥ Gifts♥

It is your presence, not your presents that we would like on our special day. If you insist, we must admit, some money would be great- to help plan a honeymoon, at a later date.

♥ Dietary Requirements♥

Should you need us to meet any special dietary requirements at the reception meal, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can notify the chef.
